This Project is located in the old building of “Bet Hameches” in Tel Aviv. The program for this assignment was to design a Boutique hotel while preserving the exterior of the old building.
The hotel concept I chose for the project is fashion. while planning the project, I concentrated on the runway motive in the fashion world. The quote that guided me throughout the planning was: “Life is a fashion show the world is the runway”

The hotel is directed to:

• People who work in fashion or are interested in fashion events in the city

 • Individuals and couples who come for work or events.

• suites, and smaller rooms suitable for business trips.

• Main area of ​​interest is fashion

 • People who wish to have business meetings in a light atmosphere in the hotel grounds

 
The abstract object I produced at the beginning of the semester guided me and created a design for the hotel. The brass frames that sometimes fill up with material and sometimes remain empty are expressed throughout the hotel. In the public space you can see them in the partitions and in the bar area. In the rooms they appear as a stand for bags and shoes and the furniture  itself.
The interior planning of the hotel is based on a runway that begins outside the hotel and becomes more real as you get deeper inside. Other than the physical runway of the hotel, I gave emphasis in my planning to those who are observed and those who observe within the hotel. Therefore, you can see in the cross sections that a person walking on the runway is seen from the top floor, from the bar and from the restaurant. The end of the runway comes to a pool outside, and the runway crosses it all the way with the tanning beds facing the runway.

In the planning of the rooms, I wanted to express the love for clothes and shoes for people interested in fashion. Therefore, you can see in the room plan, that much of the room is dedicated to the dressing area linked to the bathroom. This area has a large mirror, a shoes and bags stand, a large closet and of course a comfortable seating area to get dressed.

The materials I have chosen are shiny materials such as marble, brass and tiles with a significant reflection. These materials convey to me prestige and chic. In addition, I chose a pink Onyx stone that is semi-transparent. Along the walls of the bar there is a black mirror cover so that the material also contributes to the hotel concept.
